LOL! My first attempt to bake some gluten free crackers!!

isn't turning out so well!! LOL!!! Batch one just came out.......I apparently didn't roll them flat enough so they are more like cinnamon graham cakes!! We'll see how batch two turns out!!!

Since the 1000000th post is done and gone.....the next prediction.....how many batches before Kristy gets a GOOD batch of crackers!?!?!!?!?!

Doesn't matter what it looks like, Kristy its whether Garret will eat them.

I will say 2 though. You can also just bake one to see if you need to add anything.

I now have 2 celiacs on the diet and they havent eaten a thing I have made them from scratch. I am truly impressed!

They do like spelt bread from Berlin Natural Bakery and donuts and pizza crust from Kinnikinnick....our freezer is loaded.
