Logistical Differences of Purchasing WDW DVC vs DL DVC

We are contemplating adding on at VDH and were wondering if there are logistical differences in the purchasing process for a WDW DVC Property vs a DL DVC Property? For WDW we literally just e-signed the docusign document and points were loaded. We didn't have to do any notarizing, etc.

Our guide is out of the office until Tuesday so as I await his response to some questions I was curious if anybody here could shed some light on this.

No differences I can think of between our VGF and VDH contracts.

Your guide must have a CA license to sell you VDH even if they are Florida based. My guide got licensed before VDH went on sale and many were still working on it. Some people report their guides having to send them to another guide if they don’t have a CA license. Best of luck in your adventure in adding on at VDH.

Well, that was far too easy. We are now the owners of 100 pts at VDH and have a standard duo studio booked for next June.....
