Login Issues

I have been trying to login to disneyworld.com for the past several minutes and it keeps telling me it doesn't recognize my email and/ or I have the wrong password. I have had the same login/ password for disneyworld.com for years and I have never changed it. I was able to log in with my dad's info because I know his login/ pw and he is vacationing with me, but I need to make FP+ reservations tonight/ early this morning, and I don't have everyone included on his (with the include to share/plan function.... I set all of that up on my own account for all parties accompanying us so I could set all FP+ at once.) Any ideas about why this would happen?

I have asked it to re-send my password and it tells me it is unable to retrieve my security passwords and/ or does not recognize my email, which isn't correct because I have used this email for everything including dining plans for this upcoming trip.

This is a recurring glitch. I would call (407) 939-4357.

It doesn't seem to be a system wide occurrence right now.

Some people have had good luck clearing browser cookies and cache, running ccleaner could help too.

I wouldn't try with your father's log-in unless that is the account you want to use the rest of the time for this trip. Many emails and many users is a recipe for failure with this system.

Some of these glitches disappear at 1:00 a.m. eastern.
