Logging in to DCL

Can you complete your documentation online (like on other cruise lines)? I'm having trouble logging into the DCL reservations section. I enter my confirmation number and phone number and it says it can't retrieve my reservation. Anyone have experience with this when you've book through a travel agent?
 
My understanding is that if you've booked through a travel agent, you will not be able to see your reservation on line. If you've booked directly with DCL, you can review your reservation there. I guess that technically the agent "owns" the reservation, and any changes or questions must be handled through them (ostensibly this is how they earn their commision).

At this point, DCL does not have the facilities to fill out your documentation or reserve shore excursions on-line. A few cruise lines have implemented these features to varying degrees. I believe on Celebrity you can even make reservations for their alternate restaurants (their equivalent of Palo) on-line.

In a recent survey that a few board members have seen, DCL has asked about these features, so they may be implementing them in the future.
 
Thanks for the info! We've been able to complete our documentation online with both Princess and Celebrity. It's been a nice system - they even store your information - so you don't have to keep on filling it out with each cruise. It's great - when your docs arrive even is filled in.
