I have tried logging in using the club id they gave me on a piece of paper at the closing. I then use the pin mailed later to me. It keeps telling me there's an error. Can anyone tell me the secret to logging on for the first time?

Sounds like you'll have to call Member Services on Monday. If the codes they sent aren't working for some reason, they'll have to fix it for you.

I just logged on for the first time this morning. Are you sure you are entering the number after the decimal point in the second box (shown after a dash on the website)?

I've tried it a number of different ways. Do you enter the actual decimal point? Mine is a 7-digit number then the decimal point then another number. It keeps telling me I'm using the wrong format so I change it around and then it tells me it's not the correct number.

I didn't enter the decimal number.
In the first box, I entered my number without the decimal, without the number following the decimal. In the box to right of that, I entered my number after the decimal. Then I entered my pin in the PIN box below.
