Loews First Question

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'll try it again. I am a Loews First Blue member and I'm about to make my 3rd trip to a Loews hotel (HRH twice and now RPR). Although I have stayed more than the 6 required nights to be upgraded to Gold, I have not as far as I know. My stays have been at discounted rates, but I get some people that tell me they still count and others tell me that they don't. I haven't been able to get a straight answer even when I go right to the company (go figure). Does anyone have any insight into this? I believe I have about 10 nights at the HRH and another 5 coming up in September at RPR. Any help, guidance or info would be greatly appreciated!

I called Loew's 1st and asked for the status of my membership at 1-800-LOEWS-11. FYI I've never paid rack rate and I'm Gold.

Same here got mu gold card in june and we only stayed once in march but it was for 14 nights via a package deal with uk travel agent but we also recieved our welcome gift which was cool

I have always received my welcome gift and even got a free upgrade to a pool view the first time I went to the HRH. I just called Loews once again and this time I was told that the program keeps changing from year to year and that my stays do not qualify because they are not covered under the new rules. Looks like even though I seem to stay at a Loews hotel nearly every year I'll never get out of Blue because I don't stay long enough!
