Loew's card with Entertainment rate?

Hi.
Does anyone know if you can use Loew's card benefits at HRH if you have Entertainment rate? I'd rather have the Entertainment rate than the Loew's card goodies but both would be nice, too!

I haven't done it yet, but when I booked with entertainment rate they took my lowes card info and asked what goody I would like and which newspaper

This has been discussed before and from what they said before is if you have the entertainment rate you don't get the benifits of the loews membership.

We have been several times on the entertainment rate and have given our Loews number and got the goodies. When making the reservation I just let them know I am a Loews member and they ask me for my number.

We have booked multiple rooms for the same time trip on ent rates and have gotten lowes benefits for each room. We just are back from a holiday trip and had two reg. rooms and a parlour booked at ap rate and rec've benefits for the rooms not the parlour as i was upgrade for $35.00

We have always received our Loews benefits no matter what rate we booked at (including the entertainment rate). We have always gotten a room upgrade too, so I normally book the standard room. We used the $35 upgrade and got a kid's suite for less than $200 a night which was wonderful! I am a gold member, don't know if that has anything to do with it, and the only hassle I have ever had was when I called Loews to check on my membership status and the women I spoke with said I should not have gotten points for my recent stay at the entertainement rate but since it was already credited as a "official stay" she would let it go. But never a problem at the hotels!

I've stayed at the Hard Rock twice at the Entertainment Rate and both times received the "goodies" from the Loew's card.

I was told when I made my res that I could not receive my Loews perks when using Ent rate (res clerk would not even take my #). I checked into RPH (aug) at the Loews members desk and just presented my card as I checked in - was given a little form asking me what I would like to receive and which paper I wanted. It took until late my 2nd day and 2 calls to guest services before my bottle of wine appeared - but it was well chilled and a very nice bonus since I wasn't sure whether or not it would be sent - the paper was delivered each day - so even if they tell you no, give it a try- we find Loews quite accomodating to members once we are there!

cindrellen, it might take awhile to get your actual card so jot down the number and take it with you when you visit works just the same. It took over two months to actually get my card.

They will give you the "perks" for the entertainment rate such as milk and cookies, newspaper, etc. but you do not get credit for the points.

carlnne, i have earned my goal status using the ent. rates just so you can be informed. I'm not sure they have a complete uniform way of awarding perks or points to be honest. I've heard people say both ways they were treated.
