Lodging Updates ?

I'm pondering my next stay in the World and keeping all my options open in deciding where to stay (mod, dlx, etc.). Can I hear from y'all about any resorts/lodging currently being updated? Saw that rooms at the Swan are nearly done (if not all)...and CBR updated last year. I'd love to hear from you.
