Locked out of account

Hey guys I haven't used this forum in a while but today when I tried to login it asked me for my 2 step verification and when I put it in it says the code is wrong. Even once the code refreshes it still says it's wrong. Does anybody know how to get back in? It gives me the option to use a one time code but I can't find the screenshot that has those codes
