Lock off vs. not

Hi, we are debating reserving a 2 bedroom in SSR. Other then the beds what are the significant differences between the lock offs and those which are not? Thank you.
 
In a lock-off, the second "bedroom" will have its own kitchenette. In a dedicated, it won't.

Also, in a lockoff the studio portion will have its own entrance to the resort hallway. So the guests occupying that room can come and go as they please without the other guests knowing.

Which is good if the people in the studio portion are adults. Not so good if the people in the studio portion are children who you do not want coming and going as they please.
 
Also at SSR with a lock off you will get 2 balconies. A regular 2 bedroom only gets 1 and it’s not any bigger than the studios.
