Locals Help! Endeavor Parade?

I'm hoping a local person can give me some info. I read that they are planning some sort of 2 day 'Parade' as they move the shuttle from LAX to the Space Center. It's supposed to take place Oct. 12 & 13. We drive down Oct. 13!

Has anyone heard what it will do to traffic? We are driving down from the Bay Area and were planning on driving down I5 arriving around 3 or 4pm.

I don't think it would have any impact on your journey since the "parade" route will not cross your path.
