Can't any of you see the raw emotion that is taking place in this thread? Come on guys! Here (some of) you type, arguing with someone who is in obvious distress, egging her on with words that will only sting harder and impress her less then you intend them to. Perhaps her view of what has happened would soften if she was met with compassionate thoughts and tempered responses.

Funny, my fiance said he hopes Bush rots in hell and that he thinks the man should be impeached. Considering he lost everything in the New Orleans disaster, I find it very interesting how someone who doesn't live directly in the disaster area vs. someone who does actually sees things.

Somehow, I'm more inclined to listen to someone who lost everything in the governmental ineptitude.

I'm wondering how your boyfriend figures it is the President's fault that he lost everything? Did the President somehow aim the storm at NOLA?

You concern yourself with a "lack of compassion" on a message board while you and your boyfriend hopes our president "rots in hell"? Frankly, I find that comment about our president insulting and lacking quite a bit of compassion.
