Yes, I had it within a minute of purchasing for each account. The email was mistakenly titled here's your $5 credit, but it was actually $10 when you read the email.

I did not receive the $10 credit either. I am going to email Amazon.

I did a live chat and was assured that I will receive the credit. The rep stated that it could take up to 3 days to receive the $10 credit confirmation email and the credit. If I do not receive the credit by Thursday evening, I will follow up with Amazon again.

I called and within 30 minutes I had my credit. Thanks, Amazon!

And by the way, I never could figure out how to initiate a live chat but calling worked very well with no wait.
