lMT or Convention Tickets

What is a better deal, LMT or convention rate tickets? Just trying to decide if I should buy tickets now on LMT to add on MaxPass before the price increases or wait for convention tickets.

The only way to buy MP before entering the park is to buy tickets from DL directly.

Thank you so much for the response! I was under the mistaken understanding that if you bought the tickets from LMT you could scan them into your app and purchase max pass that way. Thanks again for your help!

You can scan them into the app, but you can't get Max Pass until you are through the gates.
