LLMP strategy on MK party day with hopper

Need a bit of help planning for our upcoming 1 day in the parks.

The date is December 17th, which is an MK party day. We plan to start at MK for early entry and hop over to Hollywood Studios by 2 pm. How would you use LLMP on this day? Our options:

1) Book our 3 rides at Hollywood Studios beginning at 2pm and take advantage of early entry at MK on the party day. The disadvantage is that we might not get any additional LLMP that are really worth it after checking into our first one mid afternoon.

2) Book our first 3 at MK as early as possible and hope there’s some worthwhile leftovers at Hollywood Studios when we can book our 4th, 5th and 6th after checking into the first 3 at MK.

If we do the first option and find that wait times are heavier than usual at MK in the morning, can we modify a Hollywood Studios LLMP to one at MK even though we didn’t yet tap into Studios?

Our goals at MK are the rollercoasters and Tiana if we can get VQ.

No on a single LLMP selection basis since you have not entered HS to unlock Multi Park booking ability.

What you can do is to modify your LLMP park selection to MK and then MDE will prompt you to pay the increased MK LLMP price. Then you can make 3 selections in MK with the normal LLMP restrictions. However please note that you would lose any pre-selected HS attractions.

Understood. Thank you for the reply. Now in terms of option 1 or 2, what would be your choice? Are there any pros and cons I’m missing, not considering?
