LLMP question about using it at DHS in the morning/MK in evening

We want to get LLMP for DHS one morning but would like to hop to MK later in the day. The cost of LLMP for DHS the day I'm looking at is cheaper that for MK. I thought if I used my first 3 LLMP choices at the first park, I could use the rest at another park, assuming there are still things available. Is this correct? And if so, do I have to pay additional money to make up the difference once we hop to MK?

Yes, you can use LLMP in your second park of the day. There is no additional fee. You only have to pay for the first park where you will use LLMP. You can start booking LLMP reservations in your second park (MK in your case) as soon as you have tapped in to the first of your LLMP reservations in your first park (HS). You can even modify some of your HS LLMP reservations, replacing them with MK LLMP reservations, at that time if you choose. You don't have to wait until you have used your first three pre-booked LLMP reservations. The tier and park restrictions go away once you tap in to your first LLMP of the day.

Just to add to the great info from @Tom_E_D, you would only need to pay the difference for MK is if you switched your LLMP from HS to MK before you enter HS for the day. If you change your initial LLMP selection and the price is for a lower for another park, Disney does not refund the price difference from MK to AK.

MK is a great evening park to get more value out of LLMP, but be sure to check thrilldata to see which rides might still be available to book after park open. You can get lots of same-day LL, but it’s good to have realistic expectations.
