Hi- my DH will be making our first Disney World trip under the new LLMP system next week, and I will be able to book passes this Wednesday. We are Disney veterans and understood the prior system and have done quite a bit of research to get up to speed on LLMP but…
One thing I haven’t been able to find an answer to is whether you can modify (once the first pass has been used) one or two of the other 3 initial passes purchased for the first park to a pass for a second park (the one we are planning to hop over to). Here’s my exact situation:
On Thursday, October 3 we are starting the day at Epcot and I will pre-book a pass for Ratatouille (which I’m guessing won’t be until early afternoon as the first available) and then probably early passes for Spaceship Earth and Mission Space. Hopefully, we will have success at rope drop and will be able to ride Ratatouille with only a short wait and without using the pass. Next we will use our first pass on MS. At that point, I’d like to be able to book passes at the Magic Kingdom, which we want to hop to ASAP in order to have an early night since we are going to the Halloween party the next day.
I understand that I can book a MK pass there as soon as I tap in at MS, but hopefully I won’t need to use the Ratatouille pass and would prefer to modify it to get another at the MK. *** Will that work or do all three of the initial passes have to be used at the same park?***
And I understand that it might not seem to make sense to book at Epcot at all and just book MK LLMP initially, but Ratatouille is a must do for us, and because it frequently goes down (and sometimes doesn’t open on time), we want to have the pass in case we end up needing it later in the day.
