LL Premier Pass is here!

Just to clarify, you can book exactly at 7 am est. (ADR day-took 2.5 hours). Anyone experience glitches?
Yes 7 AM ET it the magic time to purchase your LLPP, LLMP and/or LLSP selections.

Yes there have been issues for some guests. Since you already have your ADR selections, and you have everyone already linked in your MDE account, and you have a valid payment method correctly loaded. You are well on your way to a great day.

Do you have 2 forms of payment loaded in your MDE Account? You are able to save 6 payment methods in advance. I raise the multiple forms of payment since some guests are making purchases for large groups and each payment may be quite large and trigger a Fraud flag as you may have multiple large purchases over a very short period at 7 AM.

The other potential issue is if you want to use Gift Cards (GC). You can't save GF information. You will need to enter your GC number each time. Many Guests just save the GC number in a note app on their smartphone to cut and paste.

Special Note: When adding a GC Value during the purchase step there is a Blue link: Remove Credit Card Payment near the bottom of the entry screen. You must click this link to be able to click the "Continue" button.

Which page of the app should we be on at 7am to refresh? The calendar or the following page where we choose the people?

Give me your best guess:
I am trying to plan 1 of our days and I am wondering how long you think it would take you to ride the following 8 rides if you had LLPP (Guardians, Spaceship Earth, Nemo, Soarin', Living with the Land, Figment, Frozen, Remy)....just going from ride to ride.

It is rather easy since the Calendar page (screen), and the chose who is included page (screen) don't have the pull-down to refresh function. I always suggest starting at the Lighting Lane Passes screen that has the 2 buttons to Purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and Purchase Lighting Lane Single Pass. And make sure that you are pull-down from the top of the screen to see the Checking Availability... refresh message.

You reach this screen from the Lightning Lane Tile on the Main screen ( you reach this screen from the bottom right Icon), the 3 horizontal lines on the Home, Map, and Search pages.

Thank you!!

I would vote for about 4 hours. This will allow you to move at a good pace but take time to enjoy each attraction. The walk to and the distance between Frozen and Remy should allow you a chance to grab a snack included in the time estimate.

This is very helpful. I do have 2 payments stored and have $25 in gift cards (RIP Disney movie insiders).

You didn’t say when you are going and I think Dave’s estimate of 4 hours is reasonable, but I personally would build in much more buffer for things going wrong (and if you’re planning to pause for festival booths, other entertainment, etc. you’d want to add in more time, but you did say “just going from ride to ride”, so I’ll assume you’re not). We spent 5 days at Epcot in late Nov-Early Dec and each of those rides that we did took different lengths of time on each day. All ranges for LL only:

Guardians: 25-55 (when the ride has had a bad day or recently been down, LL can take over an hour, including pre-show, secondary queue, and ride itself):

Spaceship Earth: 10-35 (we had bad timing one night and it took about 20m to get on and the ride itself was slow)

Soarin: 15-45 (historically the Soarin LL could be rough, it’s been better lately but sometimes they lose a theater and it’s a half hour just to get seated)

Living with the Land: 10-25 (the ride itself is long, we had a long queue and challenge finding the end of queue during glimmering greenhouse’s first week)

Frozen: 10m (only did it once and it was fast and easy, but I think it could be over 20 on a bad day/bad timing)

Remy: 10-25m (one day was very fast another it was over 15m to board)

Our worst case ends of range for the above 6 rides is over 3 hours…I haven’t done Nemo or Figment in a while, so I’m just going to assume that unless something goes really wrong, you’re under an hour to do both and walk between them., but you’d also want to add another 45m for walking between the first 6 rides.

In summary, I think it might be over 4h on a busy day, but a lot of things have to go wrong (or a couple things go very wrong) for it to take much more than 5 hours to do those 8 rides with LL “just going ride to ride”, but I think almost everything has to go smoothly to get it done in much less than 4 hours.

Not a "busy" time of year (Feb 3), but we are sleeping in that day, have an ADR at Garden Grill, and want to get back to our resort in time to rest before DAH @ MK that night. Based on your advice and Dave's advice, I am going to plan 6 hours for rides and Garden Grill. (We are taking our time with food, drinks, booths, etc on a different day.)

This scenario is where LLPP really will come in handy for Epcot - to me, it is not a waste of money at all....it is a day-saver!

Can y’all give me your best guesses on how many hours we’ll need to use the PP in HS on New Year’s Eve? I know it will be packed. Would 5 hours be enough for the rides and the Frozen show and Indiana Jones?

4 hours on a low crowd day. Let’s increase that for NYE. I would say optimistic guess 7 hours.

Would you be starting at Park Open, and will you be an on-site guest that would start at 8:30 AM?

It is hard to guesstimate lines on NYE but if you start at 8:30 you should be able to hit your selections by 3 PM.

Dave

I'm going to say, anyone giving time estimates now are not giving on low crowd days. It's been very crowded these past 9 days and our Friday at Epcot was packed!!!

We were sort of hoping for a slightly later start (since we’re hoping to see MK fireworks on the 30th). We are on-site guests. We have a Toppolinos late breakfast at 12:50. I’m wondering if we should hit a few rides before the Toppolinos and then the rest after? We have no other plans that day.

This surprises me..this used to be a slower time at Disney! I guess it’s busy all the time now
Those days are long gone. The first 2 week of December are getting busier and busier and run right into the Dec. holiday period and New Years. There was a period where the lowest DVC points weeks were during this period and even that has changed.

Now summers are beginning to be much slower periods. Even the 4ht of July week is seeing much lower crowds.

Our late October trips seemed much less crowded, as recent as 2021.

The sweet spot is immediately after Thanksgiving, before the early December crowds hit. This happened last year too (I go on Thanksgiving Day and the days after) and the crowds pick up around the week after Thanksgiving. But I should probably stop telling people this :rotfl2:
