B- slimfast shake & banana
S- 1 funsize kit kat & baby ruth

must save some for the trick or treaters
L- 1/2 turkey & provolone sandwich
S - handful of BBQ chips
D- slimfast shake
S- 1/2 c jello w/ lite whipped cream
exercise - stretching; did 1 mile on glider, plan on doing another when kids go to sleep (was able to do 2 miles yesterday

)
Water- already drank a gallon, sure I will drink more
I really need to keep up with my journal because I know it helps. I don't seem to eat as much junk if I know I have to write it down.
