Now that I've seen some results I am going to be brave enough to post my measurements. I took them in Jan but was a little embarrassed to put them up. :blush:

I was very bad this weekend. We went to too many BBQ's and I ate way too much. I am not even going to weigh myself this week so I don't get depressed if I gained too much weight.
 
:wave: I can't believe I have not posted since July! Well, I am getting close to earning my 40 lb clippie. I am so excited! I have not been this "light" since I was pregnant with my DD 5 years ago! I am more motivated now that I am so close to "Onederland". The only bad part is I am usually very bad during the holidays coming up.

S-hot fudge sundae from McDonald's :guilty: I looked it up and it is 330 calories. I can't wait until this stupid Monopoly game is over. My DH seems to think he can win so he wants to eat there often. Next time I'll just get the apple dippers. They are pretty good and only like 100 calories.

exercise - went for a walk with the kids, around 1 or 1.25 miles
I would have walked more but DS started asking me to carry him and he is SOOOO slow. I guess we are going to need a stroller for him at Disney. Rats! DD can walk forever, always could. I am hoping I can mow the lawn when DH gets home so he can start it for me. It has not been started for at least a month and I can not get it started when it sits for a long time. I just have to make sure I am done in time for The Biggest Loser at 8. :teeth:

exercise - no formal exercise but I did vacuum LR, DR & stairs; swept & mopped kitchen and bath; and steam cleaned LR carpet. I did work up a sweat steam cleaning. :teeth:

exercise - stretching; did 1 mile on glider, plan on doing another when kids go to sleep (was able to do 2 miles yesterday :teeth: )

Water- already drank a gallon, sure I will drink more :blush:

I really need to keep up with my journal because I know it helps. I don't seem to eat as much junk if I know I have to write it down.

Kids were in a Halloween parade & costume contest today. Not sure how long the parade was but we walked about 30 minutes so I am considering that for my exercise today. ;) Isabelle was a pirate and Anthony was Sully from Monsters Inc. Anthony won best costume in his age group. His prize was $10, not bad for a costume I bought on clearance at Target last year for $3.75. :teeth:

Your kids are adorable and one must always love those Target clearance sales!! Walking in the parade sounds like a super fun way to get your excercise in. Great job!!

I can't believe how much candy I've eaten this week. I have not kept track of anything I've eaten. :guilty: It figures I would be PMSing while we had all that chocolate laying around. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day and I am not going to beat myself up for something I can't change.
 
OK, now that the holidays are over I can get back on track with my diet. Yesterday I realized that we are going to Disney THIS May. I wanted to be at my goal weight of 150 by then but I don't think I could drop 60 lbs in 4 months. Yesterday and today I exercised about an hour each day. I didn't track my food yesterday but I was not bad.

Today's food:

B: apple toaster strudel
S: reduced fat PB & J on a slice of toast
L: Lean Cuisine Mac & Cheese
S: 6 slices pepperoni
D: slimfast shake
S: sherbert

Did some lifting this am, hope to get on the ski machine when the kids go to sleep. Thinking about ordering an exercise bike on Walmart.com. DH said go ahead but I don't know if I want to spend the money since we have our Disney trip coming up soon.
