Wow I don't know if I could ever drink an entire gallon of water. That is awesome. Have a good Sunday. :flower:

Hi Jen and wilderness! Drinking a gallon of water is not that hard for me because that is pretty much all I drink, sometimes FF milk or green tea. I am sure glad I don't drink that much soda anymore. I fill up a gallon pitcher every night so it's nice and cold the next day then I just drink from that all day until it's gone.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I will try to get to journals today depending on how the kids behave. :wave:

Hey Liz....that is a good way to keep track of how much water you drink! Do you try to have it gone by any certain time so you're not up all night going potty? :confused3

We're starting a new month tomorrow! Yippee!!

Today is my weigh in day. I lost 1.5 lbs since last Wed. :cheer2: I'll take what I can get since I really didn't exercise much last week and I got a visit from TOM this morning. :rolleyes2 I get sooo tired when I get my period, I can barely keep my eyes open. The kids yelling and screaming is the only thing keeping me awake. I also become the biggest klutz. I drop EVERYTHING. Last year I hit the house with the car pulling in the driveway, all because of TOM. :rolleyes1 I try not to do too much now when I get my period. It's just safer that way.

Hi Liz! :wave2: I'm sorry it has taken me so long to visit your journal but I've read through it all. You've made great progress!!

Your water intake is fabulous!! Your menus look good and you're really conscious of portion size. Your exercise has improved a lot since the beginning, too!

Congrats on losing 1.5 pounds, especially with TOM! :cheer2: I bet you'll see a bigger loss next week, after TOM leaves town! ::yes::

I'm cranky and craving and tired from the week before TOM through the first couple days of TOM. You are not alone! :hyper2:

I get very tired and extremely emotional during TOM. I think it's a good plan to lay low and just :boat: through TOM's visit. :grouphug: for you today, Liz!

Hmm...never paid attention to whether I was more klutzy during TOM...I do know I'm usually extremely tired. :guilty: I do feel better exercising though. You're doing great water queen! :worship:

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been around. TOM has finally left but really got the best of me while visiting. I didn't write down what I ate and just didn't feel like planning my meals. :guilty: I had a migraine for the past 2 days and luckily it was gone when I woke up this morning. Today I need to get back to writing down my food and start planning again. I also need to start exercizing again. Don't remember the last time I did. The only thing that I have been able to do is finishing my water everyday. Oh well, today is a new day and I need to get back on track so I can make my Feb and St Pat's challenges.
 
You can do this Liz...the week is behind you now and you can re-focus. Just read back over your journal and remember where you left off! That St. Paddy's day challenge is within your reach!

Take it one day at a time.
