:earseek: WOW!! That's a lot of snow!! :earseek:

I am sorry about your canopy. It's amazing that something so light and fluffy can weigh so much, but it does! Your kids look like they are having a blast in that deep snow.

If you went outside with the kids, that counts as exercise. Even walking in the snow is harder. :)
 
Hi Liz,

The pictures are great. The kids must have had a blast. Outdorr play definatley counts as exercise. I am sorry about the canopy. I hope the insurance company settles without a hassle.

B- FF yogurt, slice of toast with 1 tsp butter & 1 Tbsp jelly
S- 1/2 grapefruit
L- Pria snack bar, 8 oz FF milk, 1/2 banana
S- slimfast Optima snack bar
D- egg salad sandwich
S - WW ice cream sandwich

Water - will finish my gallon before bed

Exercise - I don't know yet. I will do some stretching while watching TV tonight.

Exercise - probably not tonight, I have been slacking :guilty: I promise I will get on the ski machine tomorrow

I can't believe we are supposed to get another 2-4 inches tonight. They haven't even cleared the roads real well from Saturdays storm. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day so I have my fingers crossed. I haven't really been exercising but I've been really good with my food.

Thanks for the :wizard: everyone, it really worked. This morning I was 235.8 lbs. Last week when I weighed myself at 239 I was so excited to lose that I did not pay attention to the point number. So I don't know the exact number of pounds I lost. I will start keeping track of the whole number. Thanks everyone for all your support, I don't think that I would be able to do this alone. :teeth:

l- grilled cheese, 1/2c. tomato soup
s- FF yogurt
d- slimfast meal bar, 8 oz. FF milk, stole a fish stick from DS :guilty:
s- WW ice cream bar

Water - will finish my gallon before bed

Exercise - 1 mile on ski machine, did some tricep push downs and bicep curls
 
b- slimfast meal bar, 8oz FF milk
s- strawberry smoothie
l- slice of toast w/ 1 T reduced fat PB & 1T jelly, 10 animal crackers
s- 10 baby carrots w/ FF ranch dip
d- 1c. spaghetti, 1/2c. sauce, 2 meatballs
s- WW ice cream sandwich

Water - did not finish my gallon, had about 16 oz left

Exercise - none :guilty:

Exercise - none :guilty: but I did do a bunch of laundry so does going up and down stairs a bunch of times carrying a heavy hamper count? I am going to count it as light exercise ;)

Water - will finish my gallon

Exercise - none yet, did some cleaning and vacuuming
