I am sorry about your canopy. It's amazing that something so light and fluffy can weigh so much, but it does! Your kids look like they are having a blast in that deep snow.
If you went outside with the kids, that counts as exercise. Even walking in the snow is harder.
The pictures are great. The kids must have had a blast. Outdorr play definatley counts as exercise. I am sorry about the canopy. I hope the insurance company settles without a hassle.

I can't believe we are supposed to get another 2-4 inches tonight. They haven't even cleared the roads real well from Saturdays storm. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day so I have my fingers crossed. I haven't really been exercising but I've been really good with my food.
Thanks for the everyone, it really worked. This morning I was 235.8 lbs. Last week when I weighed myself at 239 I was so excited to lose that I did not pay attention to the point number. So I don't know the exact number of pounds I lost. I will start keeping track of the whole number. Thanks everyone for all your support, I don't think that I would be able to do this alone.

Exercise - none but I did do a bunch of laundry so does going up and down stairs a bunch of times carrying a heavy hamper count? I am going to count it as light exercise

l- 1 egg, 2 slices of pork roll, 1 slice of cheese on 2 slices of toast
s- WW fudge bar

Water - will finish my gallon
Exercise - none yet, did some cleaning and vacuuming
