Slept very well, bed very comfortable!
Luckily we had set the TV for a wake up call at 8.00am but did wake up just before. Got up showered then headed down for breakfast at about 9.00am.
Restaurant not as busy as we thought it might be at this time. Had a look along the counters trying to work out where to start. Got the children cereals and I had fresh fruit salad (really lovely) Sean had sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs (said the eggs were awful!) all had orange juice and followed that with croissants, toast and Madeira cake! Also had a tea and coffee! Good breakfast.
Back up to the room to grab bags before our first day at Disneyland Park!
Waited for shuttle bus along with loads of other people, couldnt get onto the first one which was a bit annoying!!! But I suppose it was a popular time just before the parks open. Next bus arrived very quickly so we got on, cannot believe how may people squash onto the busses!
Got to the park just after 10 and actually went round the right hand corner (to the guest services) to get tickets got them straight away and got in with no queue!!
Headed down Main Street and got our first look at the castle ..wow

..Thought Main Street was lovely and very well maintained! Walked towards the castle stopping lots to take photos!
Decided to do fantasyland today as that was where the most of the rides for our age children were. Thought the whole area looked fantastic, loved the giant beanstalk!

We then spent the day doing all the rides and walking around, got fast passes for peter pan and done the carrousel, Pinocchio, had a walk around the labyrinth, then onto the fairy tale cruise and Casey Jr train which our two loved! Then went onto to the teacups!!

Then a wait about 30mins for dumbo!
Then after a lovely sunny morning and early afternoon it clouded over and started to rain!
We decided to go onto its small world where there was only a 10 minute wait I loved that ride (and the song!!!!)
Raining quite hard when we got off so decided to go on the train all around the park.
Then headed for discoveryland got straight onto star tours which we all loved and by the time we got off it was time for the parade still raining and not really anywhere to stand, we headed for the passport office and stood a bit away from there.
Im afraid Disney for me loses its magic when you are cold and wet! So although we saw the parade was not really able to enjoy it!
After the parade we got our passports and were kindly sponsored by someone on here and although they said the sponsored should be there they accepted the sponsor forms.
We ended up getting 1 dream and 3 fantasy.
My son got a birthday present a torch with different things on it and the welcome present was a buzz card holder and badge.
It was just after 5.00 when we left the passport office and we were all cold, wet and a bit grumpy so decided to go back to the hotel.
After a lovely soak in the bath we all got ready to go to Inventions.
Lovely looking hotel a bit disappointed with the restaurant as we had expected it to be themed.
All had starters which were a lovely selection of cold meats, fruits, cheese etc then there was a good selection of fish dishes, salads and hot meats with duck and steak I enjoyed it but Sean said the Steak was chewy.
Desserts were lovely especially if you have a sweet tooth to be able to have a bit of everything!!
Had a bottle of wine to share and when the bill arrived they hadnt charged for my little boy (he does look young and didnt eat that much) total bill was 119 euros (with 20% discount) about £83.00.
Characters were the same as in café Mickey (Pluto, Mickey, cat, gesteppo) which was a shame as we had already had photos and autographs from them but it was still good to see them again.

Was then back to the hotel for bed, a bit late tonight!
