I couldn't find a specific thread which answered my questions.
I have Glycogen Storage Disease which comes with some odd accommodations. I cannot stand in one spot for longer than 10-15 min without my blood sugar dropping and me passing out. The flip side is I can walk around for hours and be fine. It's only when stopped or barely moving that I have problems.
I've read that they put stamps on the GAC to explain what you need. Is there a way to get the GAC to explain that I need a waiting area where I can sit or my companion can wait in line while I find somewhere to sit and then join her when she gets to the front? We will be fastpassing wherever possible but long lines are my concern as we're going the week after Easter Sunday.
Also for attractions which are standing only such as Reflections of China do I have to skip them or are there options? I missed this last time because I was tired by the time we got there and didn't know about the GAC.
My other question is about meals. I eat several small meals a day and have to constantly snack. As such I don't eat big meals. We're not on the dining plan because of this. Will most restaurants let me order from the child's menu if I explain my situation or will they prepare a 1/2 order for me? I hate to see food wasted because i'm forced to order the adult portion and only eat 1/2 of it. They can even watch me during a buffet if they want. I'll only eat one plate lol.
Thanks for all help!
