Living Seas Question

We haven't been since 2000, so I'm not sure if this has changed or not, but I was wondering if the Living Seas was still a 'ride'? When I look on the Disneyworld description it looks like its a walkthru now which would probably be better anyway since those cars moved about 1mph.

The "ride" component of the Living Seas is just the elevators used to simulate a descent to deep underwater. After you get off of those, you just walk around the exhibits themselves.
