Living Seas closed until 10/3

DH just read that the Living Seas and the Coral Reef Restaurant are both closed until Oct 3 because of the damage the suffered because of the storm. Does anyone know what happened? Are the tanks Ok? The fish etc??? Very curious as we spent a lot of time ther as it was DD favorite place!

The Coral Reef is one of my DH's favorite places to eat (SO relaxing!). We have a lunch PS there on 10/25. Hope everything is OK by then.

That is only 5 days so it could not have been too bad.

The Living Seas pavilion and all dive programs will be operating on Monday. It is only the restaurant that is closed until Sept. 3.

When we were at Epcot/Living Seas on Friday afternoon, they had a leak in one of the huge tank on the observation deck. They were putting up ropes to keep you from getting very close to the areas affected. They may be fixing that problem. It was a mess.

I just talked to Disney Dining and the CM confirmed that Coral Reef is closed and scheduled to reopen for lunch on October 4th.
