My next video is in the first post! This week's Trader Joe's / Whole Foods grocery haul! I will be doing a meal planning video each day this week too to give you an idea as to what I actually MADE with this stuff.

I buy the TJ andioulle sausage. It's pronounced "an-do-LAY" since you mentioned you didn't know how to pronounce it.

What were those coupons you were mentioning? The coupons you used for the protein bars from WF?

You're probably right. I was thinking about that AFTER I posted. I've been pronouncing it wrong all this time. Lol.

Yeah! LOL I still don't know how to say it, so I'm just going to call it sausage.

The coupons I got were from Whole Foods website, as well as mambosprouts.com. They're printable, and at WF you can stack a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon on the same item. SO, I got one of the Kit Organic bars for free! ($1.49, used a $1 Mambo Sprouts coupon with $0.50 Whole Foods coupon).

Recipe looks good. Did you cut into it and take a pic? I find many of those recipes produce a really flat dense bread. Was this one a good texture? Did you use the Trader Joe's Almond meal/flour?

YES YES YES! It was super yummy. I'm uploading my weekly meals as I type, so you'll be able to see it as soon as YouTube allows . The TJ's almond meal worked really well. Super moist and flavorful.

Wow you go though a ton of salad dressing, salsa, and frozen fruit each week!

I wanted to try the Annies lemon chive dressing and Whole Foods was out So I got the Annies Godess dressing to try instead. It's pretty good.

Yes, our WF and TJ's are 1 block from each other, in the Central Ohio area.

You can go about this several ways to go about this.

1. Get a full size sealer or

2. get the hand held sealer and their zip lock bags. The hand sealer is about $20.00 This is what it is:
