We've also done MNSSHP twice, but we LOVE the parade and the fireworks plus I figure we'll already have our pirate costumes from the cruise and I have no plans to attend the party in 2013 and don't know when we'll be back for it, so figured what the heck!

Michelle-will you be linking dining at all? If not, I could do it for those who are interested...let me know. We did it with our last DISmeet group and it was GREAT.

ok....ready? I am FROM Rockland!!! Born and bred and all my family is still there, I'm just over in Yonkers/Bronx. Only 30 mins away! I grew up in West Nyack. My mother and brother and sister in law are still there, one of my nephews and his wife are in West Nyack, my other brother and sister in law are in Pomona and one of my nieces and her husband are in Nanuet! I am over there at least every other Saturday. My manicurist and most of my doctors are there...

That is a small world. We've lived in Suffern for 21 years. When we first lived in the county (before a short residence in Duchess County) we lived in Pomona off of Thiells-Mt. Ivy Road.

(Note to self: Avoid KSF cruises. Thank goodness we like to cruise in the fall, when kids are most likely to be in school )

We are hoping to do MNSSHP Friday as well...but that does mean DS8 will have to miss another day of school and I guess we will have to see what time our flight gets in. We had also hoped we could do it the Saturday we get back, but you are right, from what I have seen they don't have one on Saturdays. We are not doing WDW this year at all (well, except for the trip DH and I just got back from to run the Marathon Relay and DS8 is going on a Spring Break trip with my mom) so I really want to at least to the party. As far as excursions, we are thinking of ruins in Costa Maya, a beach in Grand Cayman, and not sure about Cozumel. DS8 really wants to do the Cozumel Amazing Race, but not sure how that will work out with DD3. Has anyone done that one before? Oh, and it is our first cruise....what is linked dining?

Linked Dining is when (well, whoever wants to anyway) links their reservation (whether in early or late seating) so that we share a table together rather than people we have never met before or know at all....

You explained it fine....that sounds great! Yes, the Cozumel Amazing Race is similar to the TV show and you run around the city doing challenges and such....if you google it, you can find their web page (would have posted the link, but not sure it is legal on here?). I think you end up at a restaurant to eat and drink as well....sounds good to me! If you look on Cruise Critic, it gets consistently good reviews. My DS8 really loves that show and wants to do it and DH has offered to stay on the ship with DD3 or take her somewhere else but I would love for us to all do it together. Plus, I know there is one part of the challenge that requires someone to snorkel and I know I can't leave DS and go out into the ocean! The website says it is for all ages but not sure how DD would do with it. I am guessing we could just carry her or use an umbrella stroller. Would love to have a few people do it with us!!

We have cruised before, however this will be our FIRST Disney cruise. Even more exciting is that this will be the first of B2B cruises. On this particular sailing, we will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary on October 3rd

This is all new to me and my DW but we look forward to having fun! (She already signed us up on our 2nd cruise!)

I am gonna try in a minute and adjust the FE list. This will be a seperate page from the opening page with the roll call on it. Just look for the page names off to the side.

Hi Michelle, glad to hear you enjoyed your cruise but sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I just looked at the FE list and realized you don't have our room number, we are in 7690. We also have late dining and my dh is Chris and I am Lori. Thanks for organizing all of the info.

I knew I didn't, I noticed it before we left for Nelia's bday dinner and thought oh no-one will notice.....would have known you would get on I added your room number and added you and Chris. I don't add dining to the FE list but thanks.

Thank you so much for organizing the information! There are a few pieces missing from ours so I wanted to give you that info: We are Jim (42) and Ami (35), Kaleb (DS8), and Alexa (DD3). We have early dining but I do not have our cabin number yet as we booked a guaranteed category.

We are also thinking about the Cozumel Amazing Race. Still trying to look into all the options and make decisions. I would be happy just to sit on a beach for the entire cruise, but my DH and DD (8) would like to do something a little more active. Looks like a good way to get around and see Cozumel though. We have another family with another 8 year old daughter that is joining us as well.

Thanks for asking. I am feeling ok...last day of antibiotics but I have an appointment for the ENT since the ear pain still exists.

I am so excited...bought supplies to make something for the girls for the FE. I also will make the same thing for my Christmas cruise in 2013. So the idea for the girls(check), I have a few ideas for a mom and dad gift, but the boys....uugghh! Honestly I always pray we have more girls onboard..LOL No offense to the boys but they are really hard to do the FE for after they are about 7. So much more to do for girls. Ok well off to have lunch and then p/u the girls. TTFN

I would love to do the Amazing Race thingy..but DH and I are not the best of swimmers....I mean, I can get by, and we can snorkel ok...but without knowing what exactly is involved, I don't know....

I'm trying to decide between Dolphin Swims. Either Cayman or Cozumel.....very hard to decipher between the two etc.

I really have to get started on my FE!! I can't use the last one we got because it is too specifically Wonder...

I think as we get closer I am going to have a lot more questions. Even though we have cruised once before...

How was everyone's weekend? Mine went too fast! LOL...

I did win $50 in our office pool with the game last night. You know where that's going? Right into our Buzz bank to save up!

Hey all long time no talk!! Being a Store Manager in retail during the holidays makes your life nonexistant!!! Anyway I just wanted to update some of our info. We have upgraded our room and are now on deck 10!!! Room 10132 to be exact. We are very excited and cant believe we are already in February! Cant wait until we start online check in and booking all of the stuff we want!!
