I think splitting it is a good idea. 100 is a lot of people in my opinion.
I think I'm going to agree with Lori. Splitting would be best. Boy we have a lively group !!!!

Hello! I wanted to join the group.
We do have a cabana booked on Castaway Cay but I am not sure if I am going to keep it or not since it is only us.
Welcome aboard! Please let me know if you decide to get rid of the cabana. My daughter (TrojanJulez) and I want one. There are 6 of us. I've been checking several times a day hoping one would become available. No luck so far lol
Oops! Sorry, I see someone asked about the cabana before me. I answered before I read the rest of the posts.
That explains it. You're right. On the Magic and the Wonder, it is the first night in AP. On the Fantasy, there are two shows; one is an interaction with Crush amd the other is the animated drawings.
I believe the Radisson has a sail and park package.
HollandmillerFamily said:Hi, Kelly... Welcome to the thread! I just joined myself last week (we had to change our cruise from the Sept 22 sailing due to travel with work) and am catching up as well.
I have two questions for you...
You mentioned bringing your mom. I've been debating having my mom come along as well--currently it's my husband, Brian, and three-year old son, Roman--but I've been wondering about the logistics. I love my mom dearlybut it's still my mom
... I love the idea of giving her this great vacation and getting to spend some wonderful time with her but I'm worried it might be a little too stressful for our "vacation"! That said, my little boy doesn't go to pre-school yet so the benefit of getting to leave him with Grandma (that's not as bad as it sounds--she lives a few hours away so they LOVE getting to see each other!) to spend some wonderful adult time with my husband might outweigh any stress... I'm sure you have a wonderful relationship with your mother and have no problems whatsoever
but I would love to hear your feedback if you've done this before.
Second question is about your cabana... I know you're still undecided and I'm assuming that's because you originally had more people traveling with you. We've been trying to get one since we were able to book and, if you have any interest, we'd be happy to share it with you and share cost...? (Again, it's me, my husband, and our 3.5 year old. And maybe my mom.And we're all very cool!) And if you DO decide to cancel it, can we take it off your hands?!
Don't give it up yet... I know the second you release it into the stratosphere it will be snatched up within the minute!
Let me know and, again, welcome to the board!
April
In regards to splitting the FE list, how many total cabins are we talking about? I ask because I think many people do one item per cabin (or perhaps one per cabin with adults only and then one item per kid) so the number might not be as bad as it sounds...?
Either way, I'm just happy to get to participate! This is our third DCL cruise but our first time doing the fish extender... So, don't forget us down on deck 2, guys!
Which brings me to one more question--what's the latest we can update/change room numbers for the list? What about changes made on board? I'm assuming anything changed after boarding means you're out of luck and will have to either leave your FE at the door of your old room if possible and go check there or maybe leave a note on the door saying where your new room is...? Is there protocol for this stuff?!
Thanks in advance!

I also vote to split the FE group. I have no idea how you figure out who goes in which group since this is my first Disney cruise.
I have it at 31 cabins; 62 adults, 36 kids...but I think I'm missing one or two.
I've seen room number changes up to the last few days, and then if someone changed at the port they would leave a note on their old door (I'm assuming because it wouldn't be used by someone else at that point).
Could also do an update at the meet up, if we're doing one.
Hi everyone!
We just booked last night. Will go back and catch up on who's sailing and what's happening but wanted to say Hi first![]()
I am Bobbie and am traveling with my boyfriend Dave and our two littlest children. Matthew is 3 1/2 and Daniel is 2. We also have 4 college age kids who won't be with us on this one
We have had a bit of a rough year. Two second trimester pregnancy losses within 6 months, Noah was born sleeping at 16 weeks on Jan 31 and Sarah was born sleeping at 17 weeks 3 days on August 2. We are so ready to be cruising again! This is my 23rd cruise and Dave's 21st. This is only our second Disney though. But we loved our Magic cruise! Daniel has cruised once and Matthew 3 other times.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and seeing what is planned. Time to make some magnets and a fish extender!! Can't wait... we loved every second of our last Disney cruise. You know when you sit there and try and think what would be your ultimate cruise. You think of a cruise line and a ship that would be ideal. Well if asked... this would be it for me! I am beyond thrilled to be cruising this line and ship. Hope everyone is having a great week
Our facebook's are Bobbie Damico and David Darrohn if there are any FBers out there who want to "friend request" us. I did request to join the group
Happy planning!

I can put a dry erase board on our door for any changes. We are in 7690.Fºoºz;45942364 said:Welcome HollandmillerFamily and all the other recent additions![]()

How to keep track of cabin changesI think I read somewhere on another FE conversation, either the organizer (or a volunteer as gometros has done a lot so far
) would offer to become a central information centre and place a dry erase board (or magnetic sheet) on their door where one could note any cabin changes/upgrades etc - and others can see who moved where.
Currently we are on holidays (yes, a holiday before another holiday) so cannot check to see how many cabins have been added since the last time ... we're fine however which way the group wants to go with the FE list ... DW and I have already committed and mostly packaged (sorry, but our packaging will likely be ziploc bags as we have two FEs to plan for so any type of wrapping went right out the window
) all of our FE gifts for this cruise (I hear the rest of our FE surprises finally arrived but have to wait till next week when we get home to check them out
) so we will be doing everyone, including the late additions ... but don't feel pressured to exchange anything with us if it is too much as we totally understand how things are now today
Whew ... that was a mouthful ...![]()
