If there are any Liverpool fans who are planning on coming to Disney World anytime between September 11-17, 2011 respond on here.

My husband, an avid football fan for 30 years has some ideas about how to best watch the games while in Disney World but we need to know the response first.

Just reply on this thread and we will be sure to add you to our list.

More details to come!!

Sorry, there don't seem to be many Liverpool fans on here today. Now, if you were looking for any Cardiff City fans.......

Liverpool are in the premiership, don't think you'll find any Cardiff games on TV...:rotfl: they only show quality premiership teams like Swansea :rotfl:

Hiya, we will be there then and if you know where any liverpool matches will be on that would be great .

Thanks Shali

Whenever we've been over there, we've always headed over to International Drive to watch the football.

Plenty of places there will show it, but we normally head over to a place up near the International Palms hotel (used to be Holiday Inn). They have a crazy golf place there where you can feed baby alligators and a 'british pub' that definitely shows all the games.

George and Dragon next to Wet 'n' Wild have shown premier games in the past when we have been there. We have also watched games on ESPN while at the villa.
Also the internet makes watching any game pretty easy if you know where to look.
But when all is said and done while I am on my 2 or 3 week holiday, having spent however many thousands of pounds it has cost me, I am willing to forfeit a game or two and just check google for the score when I get back to the hotel/villa after watching Wishes or Illumunations. :goodvibes

I'm with you on this.I'm an avid football fan but don't want to see the British Pubs in Orlando end up looking like some chav pub in Benidorm or Magaluf, everyone in their football shirts.Nothing against the original poster by the way.

If you want to watch footy, there are a number of British pubs in the area that carry premiership games. If you were staying at Disney or the rest of the family would prefer to be in the parks. The ESPN club in the Boardwalk area ( walking distance from Epcot and a boat trip to Hollywood studios) is a popular option. They have dozens of TVs in the bar and restaurant , all tuned to different channels. Premiership UK soccer is one they regularly cover.
