So, I'm catching up on updates that didn't get made. I'm cheating a tiny bit. Hollywood Studios isn't a park I tend to spend a lot of time at, but I tried hard this time. I ended up doing a lot of things I normally wouldn't do. Like live shows. A few of them.

We are going to be trying this out when we visit next week too. DHS is by far our least favorite park. It never warrants more than half a day and most of the time we skip it altogether. Going to really put forth an effort to give it a better try this time.

I feel the same. It stinks because my two favorite rides are there, but the rest of the park is a dud. If I were a tourist who didn't know any better, I would be livid if I wasted a park ticket at DHS. Still, I had a pretty good time this visit.

The Muppets don't seem long for this park. The area is almost completely isolated from the rest of the park and it's a dead end.

For some reason, none of the Ariels ever look like Ariel. This one was no exception.

The grainy photo didn't capture the impressive show. I didn't expect the overall setup, but this show was pretty fun.

This was on display in the line for Rock N Roller Coaster. It looks awesome! I love the sketch style. It looks like an awesome tattoo.

After a nearly full day at DHS, it was time for food. I had read about Teak in another thread and was looking forward to trying it. I was not disappointed.

OMG Chips - house made Teak chips with blue cheese crumbles, balsamic reduction, and maple bacon. Delicious. At first I thought they were a little light on the toppings, but each ingredient is so bold in flavor that the amount is perfectly balanced. Any more and each flavor would be overpowering.

The Pig - burger, smoked ham, bacon, and pulled pork with white cheddar cheese, onion jam, and herb mayo served on a pretzel bun.
Another winner. So delicious. The cheese was ooey gooey delicious. So much meat. High quality beef. It's rare that I can't finish a burger. There's just so much there to eat!

So, that's all for today. I didn't get to keep it as live as hoped due to bad reception in the park. This should catch me up. Tomorrow, new park, new fun, new pictures.
