We just got on the ferry and it's playing the song "under the sea".Not the song you want to hear when you're on a boat!

. Now we're at the Tusker House and DW is up getting her food. Going to be a really short day at the park today, as we're off to either Cocoa Beach or Treasure Island after this.
We went to Clearwater Beach on the Gulf shore a few summers ago, so we decided we'd do the Atlantic side this time. The drive to Cocoa Beach is nice but it sure looks a bit run-down as you get closer to the ocean. We paid our $10 for parking and headed onto the beach. I'd say the crowds were pretty low for what we were expecting, so that was good. The waves were a good 6 feet high too. Nothing spectacular, but a lot of fun none-the-less. I ended up accidentally dropping my favorite pair of sunglasses into the water at one point, so there might be a happy fish down there somewhere. 
. We decided to grab something light to eat at Sunshine Seasons, as we have 1:30 reservations at Les Chefs de France. I got a tomato cuke salad and DW got a couple of boiled eggs, we both also got some strawberry shortcake. Good breakfast eh?

We were actually in a powerless monorail for about a minute. At the Contemporary, the CMs were back and forth, talking to each other and the driver was on the phone. We then proceeded at about 1/4 speed to the next stop. Was very nteresting. 
There's A spot where the big turtle likes to lie down and rest in the aquarium here. He floated down behind the people sitting at that table, a little girl turned around, saw the turtle and screamed at the top of her lungs!
The last wrong turn I took had us reroute past not one, not two, but three different accident scenes!! It took us over an hour to go one mile to our exit. After that, things went smoothly. The alarm is set to go off at 6am, so off to sleep I go! Have a good night all. 
Well, we made it to Monteagle, Tennessee, almost600 miles from WDW and let me tell you, it was an adventure! It rained, poured mostly from start to finish. There was a point near 5:30 pm in southern Georgia where we were almost positive we were going to see a tornado! The wind was high and swirling, the clouds were low and turbulent and there were massive amounts of lightning strikes within a mile of us! All of us were doing about 35 in a 70 at that point. No tornados appeared however, happily for us! Then the next part of the adventure began when we got to Atlanta. It was pitch black at 9pm due to the clouds and rain, although the rain at least stopped a few minutes in. Our GPS decided it was going to start acting up and we took several wrong turns, one of which had us going through a really seedy neighborhood.
