Live from the villas at WL

Checked in Sunday night,fast check in. Our studio room is very clean, no wear or tear. halls much warmer now, no need for a jacket just to leave your room! I still get that haunted mansion feeling looking down the hall tho.
Great connection and very fast speed on the internet here.

Taking things slow and nice,,,but I think the hidden springs pool will get very crowded..at least the spas...the main spas at the WL are closed for the week as well as the slide.

I know what you mean about the cold halls. What's with that? God forbid you should walk into the building slightly wet. It was a shivering all out sprint to your room. Is it different now?

Too bad about the Hidden Springs pool and spa since those usually aren't crowded at all--a real hidden gem! DW, DD4.75, and I will be availing ourselves of a 2BR in three months. Salivating over AP's bufffalo and wine pairing even as I type. . .

I don't know why they are doing all the work on the spas..we received a note under the door but it didn't say why.

Hallways are much warmer now...no more freezing dashes from the pool

ate at AP sunday night.....great as always....server went out if her way to make a salad I loved but they didn't have on their menu anymore.

Just a question about the Internet access fees. When we were there right before Christmas nothing in the room actually SAID how much it was. If you don't mind, what is the going rate? We leave in a couple of days and if it's outrageous I'll leave my laptop at home! Thanks!

We were at VWL the first week of December, my FIL used the internet one day and it was a $9.95 fee on the room charge.

The internet fees are 9.95 for 24 hours.....and I believe you can pay buy the minute also.

We just got back from our first trip at VWL and I discovered the "coffee two ways" at AP. If you like creme brulee and get a chance you ought to try it, absolutely delish!
