Buongiorno Kids!!! How was your week? 
Well, we professionally trained Chatologists here at the Saturday Night Chat Institute Of Molecular Wine and Jacuzzi Studies sure had a busy and productive one. . . I'm sure most of you have seen the new homepage- it took days and days of tedious work; late hours, blood sweat and tears, planning, experimenting, starting over, and tinkering until things finally came together and the finished product was put up for all to enjoy!
. . .at least that's how Pete said it went; Marla, Marsha and I spent most of the week watching television and had nothing to do with it. . . But we can relate to that feeling of pride and accomplishment because we were able to program the VCR to automatically tape Celebrity Bowling !!! . . . 
What does that have to do with chat this evening? Not a darn thing that we can think of, but it does prove the wisdom behind a saying we have around here at The Institute; "Warning!: Do Not Operate Heavy Machinery While Taking This Medication." . .
(Seriously- the new hompage looks fantastic! Kudos to Pete and Corey Martin for a job well done. . )
Any-hoo, not only do we have a new look here on the DIS, but we have a brand spanking new chat room to break in!!!
I can't believe they are going to actually let us hold Saturday Night chat there, but they are, and to celebrate we have decided to (of course) throw a party!!! So this week's Disney After Dark will find us outside the gates of Pleasure Island enjoying the fine Italian cuisine of the Portobello Yacht Club !!! This upscale Italian eatery not only provides excellent eating and drinking opportunities, but if we can get a couple of you to stage a fake fist fight, we should be able to distract the attendants long enough to sneak into Pleasure Island without paying the cover charge! 
It should be a memorable evening . . . so tell the family you need a couple of hours by yourself online because you want to "find some wonderful gifts for all of you just because you mean so much to me", pour some NyQuil over ice, then join your chat hosts Marla, WillyJ, and graciously substituting for the wayward Beanie, our good friend Marsha. this Saturday night in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST. It's a lot of fun and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
