Is there a rockin roller coaster meet of some kind? A lot of yellow lanyards other wise

6:35 and we are on the way to DHS.

The temp is 60 degrees so we feel that we lucked out tonight.

Wish y'all were here.

More later.

We, too, Kevin, as my DW and I freeze in 20 degree weather here in CT! We could not do MouseFest this year, but there is always next year!

My DW and I are hoping to see some pictures of the event with a few shots of the DIS podcast team that include you camera shy types.

Enjoy! I'm sure it will be a great event. :santa:

Standing in the queue for second showing of fantasmic! And only have to ride tsm for three hours in a row, eh... It's better than most days

Sorry to hear about the tree, Kevin. That stinks. :headache: Glad the doggies are okay, though.

Thank you to everybody who is posting from Mousefest! I truly appreciate the updates and my heart is with everyone this weekend. Have the best time tonight!!!!

I second this. Thanks muchly, everyone! Hope you guys have a blast tonight!!

There could be worse places Rex!

Yes, we call that place... Not here, 4th row center of fantasmic!
So how is everyone?

Sorry to hear about the tree Kevin.

Thanks for the updates Rex.

Go shoot 'em up!

Kevin, Sorry about your christmas tree and ornaments. Happy to hear your dogs are fine.
Thanks to everyone taking the time to keep us updated on what is happing over there.:thumbsup2 The temp is currently 26 degrees here and has been snowing since yesterday.

Hopefully everyone had a blast, can't wait to hear all the stories!!

It's 4:35pm as I start this....no matter what the DIS clock says.

The meet was spectacular. We got to meet, hug and speak with so many people it would be impossible to list them all here. I can say that several of us podcasters meet some of our flat-er friends and might have even posed for photos.

I cant remember the last time I stood in one place for alsmot 4 hours, got up at 6:30am, wore long pants, sneakers and a nametag...but every second was worth it.

I can tell you that Wildeoscar, UrsulasShadow and CrazyDisneyman were all in one place at one time, so this puts that rumor that they might all be the same person to rest.

We came home from Disney to walk the dogs, grab a bite to eat and take a nap only to find our Christmas tree had fallen over. What a mess!!!!!!. Some of the ornments I've had since I was a kid got broken but they are only things. No one was hurt and thats the good part. The dogs could have been here and been seriously injured, so I am thankful for that.

After the cleanup....we now have the most well vacuumed rug in FL...we inhaled Mickey D's and crashed. I would never have made it through tonights festivities if we hadnt had a chance to rest.

Thats all for now. Got some things to finish up here and then back to Disney for the big event.

More later.

Are you pulling a Bawb taking naps LOL!!

SO wish I was there :( I sure am glad you are having a good time! Make sure Mindy doesn't kidnap Will :lmao:

About the tree, my DH always ties ours off with fishing wire :thumbsup2 he ties it in two place, it cant be seen because the wire is clear. He uses hook under the window sills. (the tree is in the middle of two windows) The tree doesn't fall and the kids are safe (except I do have penty of closets ;) :lmao: ). You have to realize my tree is always about 13 ft and totally Pooh sized and chaulk FULL with every ornament known to mankind! We do still get broken ornaments, not sure how, but the people responsible are good enough to leave the piece around for me to find :rotfl2: I use gorilla glue and it works great- matter of fact, Minnie now has her leg back :rotfl:

Mania meet was fun.

My mom when we where leaving was like omg you got us into one of those private partys :rotfl2:

We do the same thing, but we just use regular string, and then have a cover that goes over it, since our tree is no where near the size of yours, it sits on a table. One of our cats just goes mental sometimes, thus needing to tie the tree down

Back on Topic, great to hear that everything went well, and so sorry about the ornaments, it's the same in our house, most of the decorations our my mum's and shes had them a long time, so it would be sad if some got broken, thus, the tree tying!
