Hard to believe it was exactly a year ago we were sitting down to dinner for our wonderful cruise. I'm envious!

BTW . . . we're having a fabulous summer out here, the invitation still stands, and I'm hoping to pass my Canadian Yachting Association basic cruising skipper certification on Saturday. A personal cruise on the sailing vessel Cindino throught the Gulf & San Juan Islands could be in your future

I just came back from the cruise yesterday. I had the sweet pizza at palos.. can you see if they will give you the recipe? Lots of people would love it.

Hello all--

Just another quick report!

The new areas of the Magic (Diversions, Cove Cafe) look great and make nice additions. Overall, the ship is still as beautiful as when we first sailed on her.

The weather has been great so far. Still lots of wind and waves but we're on the Disney Magic so it's ALL good!!!

Formal night was on Sunday. Unchanged since last year, I believe. Our servers are Rudy and Dobo and their home countries escape me right now. (Too many "Blue Diamonds" I guess. )

So great to hear from you!!! Congrats on the new addition to the family. I hear that you will be cruising again soon, is that right? You deserve it after the past year!

Ahhh... I'm thinking we may have to take you up on that personal cruise. I know it would be a blast with great such a great hostess and host. And, I hear you have another cruise planned with your mother too? Wonderful news! I only wish we could go with you.

The banner actually slipped my mind! Heading to guest services right now to check and see if it's there. We have a little informal meet planned for this evening in the Promenade Lounge so we'll unveil it there!

Hey we had Rudy and Dobo last week. They were great! Tell them the Hoffman's say "hi." Rudy is from South Africa and Dobo is from Bulgaria. Is Simon your Head waiter? He was the best. Gave the kids a new game every night (name 10 body parts that only have three letters, ect) My kids love him! He is from England.

I'll be very interested to see how Donna onboard handles the rush of folks trying to rebook once the summer dates are announced. IF you are permitted to rebook while onboard it should be a zoo.

Oh, Rudy was the best!!! He was our server on the 11/15 with Bayoki. DD talks to him on her phone every day & tells us that she is going to marry her friend Rudy because she "just loves him!" We are really hoping that he is on the ship again in December after this contract is over. He went home for Christmas 2 weeks after we sailed & said that it would be his first holiday home in 5 years. If you see this thread again before you get off the ship, please tell him the Graves...especially Kaitlyn...says hello!

Just one last update. The rush here really wasn't that bad as far as the new cruises go. We just finished booking with Donna and were able to get the 10% discount and the $200 onboard credit. Prices weren't too bad, really.

We'll be bringing the Disney Magic HOME in August 2005!
