Just a quick word to say we have made it - Met KEH (Karen and Emma) and we are getting ready to sail away - The ship is beautiful and we are looking forward to a wonderful week -

We bought unlimited internet - So ask away and I will try to post when I can - The new sports bar is awesome - Very nice - CM's say that it is busier than the ESPN zone and it hasn't even been open very long!!!

Dining is APLAPLA - Karen tried to book the high tea at 12:30 and it was already sold out for both days!!! unbelievable -

Gotta Go - Deck party is getting ready to begin - And I hear a Bahama Mama calling my name!

Here's a photo of the Magic in port this morning 10-25-03, at 5:06pm the port cam went blank, will try a get a photo as you pass two palms.

Have a MAGICal cruise everyone, enjoy that extra hour (not extra day) on the Magic this week, and don't forget to turn your clocks back!!!

I hope Rae left you some Shrimp and Orange Mango Soup, if you should see Rae, tell her I said hello!!!

Wow, high tea was all sold out by 12:30....I am SO glad I booked my own airfare and am flying in the day before so I can get to port early!!

I cannot stress enough - do not get discouraged by High Tea selling out. I would definitely check with Palos the day of High Tea and see if there are any cancellations/openings. When we cruised in July, High Tea was sold out. We had a group reservation in the private room and when we arrived for High Tea, the main room was empty sans one table!

Just checking in from the coffee bar - It is beautiful - And there is more than just coffee -

In Key West today - So hot!!!! But it was still very nice -

Andy - thank you so much for posting the pics of the magic in port and leaving - Those will be great momentos to have -

Have not run in to Rae yet, but hopefully will soon - I was able to get some shrimp, so she did leave me some -

The ship was so rocky last night - I actually had to leave dinner because I was getting a bit wee nauseous (sp?) - I had a sports massage this morning (really good I must say) and the woman who gave me the massage said it hasn't been that rocky in a long time - She said even she felt bad and she is has been sailing for a long time!!!

Took pics of the teen club - will post them when I return - It must be good, because I haven't seen my older daughter in a long time! They are still fixing some things and adding some things, but it does look cool -

Karen (KEH) did leave her name at PALO for the high tea in case there are some cancellations - So we might get there yet!

Raymond is our stateroom host, and is doing a fantastic job!! -

Shirley from "perfect gift" - If you are reading this, I did get the towel - You are a sweety for getting it to the ship!

delo4 - I am actually on the Western cruise - I think formal night is tomorrow - I will double check and let you all know -

OK - that's all for now - Just wanted to drop in and say HI -

Karen - glad Katlin got the stuff and hope Marissa is enjoying hers also - now did you get to do anything in Key West - did you get the packet of information on Key West? I know it is very hard as far as the climate goes on folks that have never lived in that kind of weather - guess it is easy for Norm and I since that is all we have known all our lives - it is recommend to use a cold pad on the back of neck which will keep the body cool down - I did finally get to meet Rae, her mom and son Michael - oh my gosh what a pleasure - ask her if she found the church as she was direct to - thanks for keeping everyone informed of everything - have a wonderful time and make awesome memories.

Karen/Kaitlin - I should have been more specific yesterday. Even if you do not hear back from Palos, stop by at High Tea time just to see if they have any last minute openings.

Hi everyone. Just finished Brunch at Palo with Rae and Carolyn1023 and her family. Really good food and company. I will tell Rae people said hello.

We checked on High Tea when we were in Palo - still booked solid and they are saying little chance it will free up. I think there is a very large group of families on board who have booked up. Not to worry, we will go to the coffee bar instead.

Can really recommend the coffee bar and Miguel who is serving in there.

My kids went to the Teen Club but said that it was very empty last night.

I haven't heard anything about Golden Mickeys yet; will let you know if we do.

If anyone wants to know anything else, I will be checking in later in the week.

What do they have at the Coffee Bar? Latte, Mocha, etc...? Are there teas too? How much are they charging ?? Is it like a Starbucks?? or better

I read in our local paper--travel section-- that the Golden Mickey's will be "coming aboard" in December on the Magic.
