Hello Turkeys - I wanted to start off by saying that I fully enjoyed the varied and exuberant accounts of your cruise. I would therefore like to officially invite you to join us on the November 25th 2006 Magical Eastern Cruise. We have already been joined by a few of your fellow cruisers and would love to see some more. Just think of the beer you could buy with the price difference btwn the 'official' Turkey cruise and our 'Tryptophan-induced-coma Cruise'. OK, so the name needs a little work, but nonetheless we'd love to see 'ya.

Welcome, DutchsMommy to our thread. We did the Eastern the week after Thanksgiving in 03 and were part of the "infamous" 02 cancelled Eastern sailing......

O.K., so I'm listening to sports radio ALL WEEK and hear them talking about the Bear Panther match ups and the last game.....I'm thinking how come I don't remember it.....oh ya we were at CC during the first half!!!!

Speaking of Pike, Doogie - My son named his Christmas present (Dog) after the almighty PIKE. So when the Christmas Present messes in the floor, you hear us yell PIKE, NO. I will have pictures soon. You can add that to your Pike page.

Pike hopefully will be there. From talking with the staff they sign up for 6 months tours with the company. Pike had been on three already. I hope they realize what a asset he is and keep him on.

Pike, Kim and myself were hanging at the beach and he told us that after his next leave he thought he would be on the Wonder for a year....a promotion. But after chatting with a CM on the ship the last couple of weeks it looks like he will be back on the Magic.

New Orleans sounds great to us.We were going there and Biloxi,MS for Labor Day weekend last year,and unfortunately Katrina ruined those plans.Biloxi,MS is our hideaway from home<G>.We usually stay at Beau Rivage(www.beaurivage.com),and New Orleans isn't too far from there.A get together sounds great!

I'm just checking in to be the first to give my condolences to Lampy on the Bear's loss yesterday. At least it was a good game.

Da Bears look like they will be back next year.

Both the Colts and "DA Bears" were down for the count! I knew it was going to happen when my neighbor offer me his tickets for next weekend if Washington and Chicago played.
I should be off the computer here a couple of days starting tomorrow morning....I have my cataract surgery at 7:40 a.m. No driving or reading or computers 'till Thursday....Can't lift anyting over 12 ozs. for a couple of weeks!

I see that you timed your surgery to make sure that your team was out of the playoffs before they touched your eyes!
