Sorry I missed you in the crowd. Will you be at the TSM event tomorrow? I will look for you! (Pete is expecting about 700 at the party though, so it might take a few minutes. :) )

Kim and I will be there. I would love to meet you and DVC John face to face. Depending on how I feel, I will probably be on a Red ECV.

:) Bill

Nice living vicariously through your TR!

Interesting about the seminar and book by Lee Cockerell. I think he also spoke in Hilton Head last August...I had planned to go but was pulled out of town at the minute. Sorry to hear I missed something that was really good.

Happy Anniversary!

Hey Rob, at least you brought your camera! I forgot mine at home.

Doc, I enjoyed your report as always. We arrived at YC during the rain on Friday the 4th. Your report describes that night perfectly. We moved over to BLT on Sunday. It was fun to put a face with a name as I remember the question you asked at the Annual Meeting. Are the meetings always that long?

We are having our breakfast right now and have arranged for Bell Services to pick up our Owner's Lockers in a few minutes as we prepare to head back north.

Last night we really enjoyed the DISapalooza Toy Story Mania event - (sorry I missed you disneynutz). About 750 attended and it was a truly festive time. For a brief time I even held the high score - 239,800 - but that was rather short lived as the last high score I saw was 282,000 and could have even gone higher since we left a little before the end. I was told that Dreams Unlimited was awarding the high score for the night a free cruise, but don't know who ended up with the prize. Even though it wan't me, I was pleased with my personal best on that attraction.

We all met at the front gate after the park closed. It took almost 90 minutes for the park to clear of guests and were finally escorted back to Pixar Plaza around 9:30pm by a platoon of Green Soldiers.

They had plenty of complimentary refreshments, a cash bar was available and a baloon artist was a big hit with kids of all ages. The TS characters were also available for photo sessions. We never had more than about 5 mintues to wait to ride and at times it was lieterally a walk-on taking only the time to walk thru the queue before boarding the ride vehicle. The CMs were all in a good mood which added to the event.

For those without personal transportation, Dreams had chartered buses from Mears to get everyone back to their resorts. What a great ending to another wonderful trip.

We'll be out the villa by 11 and then will take the next available DME to the airport ... and back to reality and cold weather. :(

We got to do and see many things, saw many old friends and made some new friends (Hi, David and Cathy) and , as always, look forward to our next return to the Magic.

No, usually the meetings (both Board and Member) have lasted about 2 hours max - with no break in between. This one started at 1:00pm for the Board meeting, followed by an unnecessary (IMO) 40 minute break and then the Member meeting which took about 3 hours by itself for a total of 5 hours for those attending both sessions. This was, by far, the longest meeting I've attended for DVC and was waaay too long - but it was also the best attended.

Thanks for the pictures, nice one of the castle! Enjoyed your TR!
