- Seems to be easier working backwords in the forum thread, thought I would post some quick replies while Cass sleeps and I fold my clothes.
Jill: It was our pleasure to do that for you, we're glad you enjoyed the photo and got some "magic" from it!
Spread the magic I say, my Mom taught me it's easier in life (and especially on your soul) to be considerate and kind than rude and arrogant. I have a lot to thank my Mom & Dad for the values I have as well as in my adult life and perhaps even more so, to my best friend and wife, Cass.
The empty hammock picture is for all of you DISers out there waiting for your next vacation and you can use the picture as your background (without having us in it and feeling weird about it) & think to yourselves when you finally get to CC - "it's about time I used this hammock, it's been waiting for me since October 28th 2005!"
Thanks for the well wishes gang, Cass is sleeping as I speak and me, well I'm on my nth wind it seems. I'm like an Energizer rabbit sometimes... (hmm, no wonder I frustrate my wife sometimes, I don't stop working). Cass needed a footrub tonight and she almost fell asleep while I was doing it; she's pretty wiped. I'll be sure to give her more footrubs and backrubs speakupjc
Not sure about the courtyard, will have to ask Cass about that.
& Mickey0216, we fly back to Calgary on Wednesday on Westjet; so hopefully Cass will be up to three more days of posts. The trip is 22 days in length and costs an arm, leg, and then some; but it has been worth it! Cass and I have had a blast so far and that two hours in the hammock was the icing on the cake regardless of how sick we are now. We are so glad we got to dock at CC (thanks again Captain Thord and to all the Disney Staff at CC for doing that phenomenal cleanup job!) and we just got to hang out together; Cass sand note says it all I think
Thanks for that awesome comment btw Pigasus, we're proud Canadians and happy you feel the same way too!
Hmm, why am I thin... hypoglycemic and a fast metabolism really. Then again, I have put on a few pounds on my frame in the last few years, I'm a whole 157lbs; 160lbs if I'm wet. Then again, if I take off my "tool belt" I'm down to 152lbs. Cass will have to explain that to you though I'm sure my friends and family are laughing at me right now.
BTW: How as your birthday CJK? You'll have to let us know.
cjhentschel: Thanks for noticing my Stormtrooper T-shirt, that really made me smile
You can get the M&M's Star Wars t-shirt here
; though I'm now getting a Neimodian voice running through my head asking if that's legal and if the forum administrators will ban my thread link.
Anyways, PM me if you're interested in knowing where to find the shirt, you can't find it any store except for these two places.
I would love to come down for Star Wars Weekends sometime as a CloneTrooper and see some of the DIS family kids in costume
Aside: No ice cream today, but the two I had in the photo at CC was a Strawberry Yogurt (tasty!) and Cookies N Cream Cookie Dough (very sweet with dough chunks in it, it was almost too much for me). I also had Pluto's ice cream again at the end of the night. That is the TASTYEST soft ice cream on the ship and I love the swirl
I wish I could have eaten more....
Well, it's time for bed. TTFN!
