Left the kids & home with grandma....and high-tailed it out this morning!!

Bill & I checked out the models of Bay Lake Towers.....

We were both impressed with the 1 bedroom model. I think it looks much better in person...

We were NOT wild about the studio...the configuration felt odd....closed in. I for the life of me could understand why the would put the bathroom sink in the tiny kitchen. So in other words...the ENCLOSED kitchen has 2 sinks in it!

There really is nothing that appeals to me about the studios at BLT, and since we pretty much always stay in a studio I think it is safe to say we won't be going there!

Kristine-thanks for the live report!! The decor at the BWT is beautiful but that kitchen/bathroom sink thing is kind of scary.

There was a torrential downpour this afternoon/evening...thank goodness for the 2 umbrellas that DVC gave us this afternoon....

Dreary Boardwalk pics

Dinner tonight was at Yachtsman's Steakhouse

It was quite good....after polishing off a bottle of wine....we were quite happy.

When I am sauced up I usually order foie gras....which was very good

I had the filet butterfly cut because I have a well done fetish...

Bill had the Porterhouse which he said was excellent...

Since the weather is so lousy...we came back to the room...
