Littlest Pet Shop Customize?

My DD says there are Littlest Pet Shops that you can design "and make" yourself, but I can't find them. I saw a few "Decor" sets that have stickers and a pen or paint but she says her friend has ones that she "designed and made". I did see a lady on Ebay has some but they are pre-made and very expensive.

Is anyone familiar (more than me!) with Littlest Pet Shops and their different options?

They're called Design Your Way and there's several sets. Looks like there are add ons. Maybe that's what she's talking about? Here is the product page, look towards the bottom.
