Little things you do.......

at disney!
what are some of the things that you do at disney. that you have to do. i mean the really really little things.....or even some traditions.......haha.

for me and my family, its in the morning rush, we cut all the way through the stores, since they are connected all the way to the noodle station where there is like no one and it takes you right to tomorrow land.

also, we have to go on Pirates at least 6 times.

also, my parents always take a pic where the two rocking chairs used to be but now they have a bench.

and.........we also eat at the ponochio restaurant. always. usually right before wishes

and last,........we always run and get fast passes when everyone is "ooohing and aaaahing" at wishes. its so much fun

We always eat dinner in Germany.
And Pirates is always the first ride at MK.
We have to see all the nighttime shows atleast once

-the first day we always go to Animal kingdom in the morning and Magic Kingdom at night.

-the first ride we go on at MK is Haunted Mansion.

-We ride the monorail around until we've done every stop

-I put a Mickey sticker with my name on it somewhere in the parks

-The last day we we go to Magic Kingdom at night and stay until it closes.We also watch Wishes and the parade.

I must eat a churro, and I must see Donald Duck.
I must get my picture taken in EPCOT in the phone booths in England, and in front of the castle along the walkway to tomorrowland from the hub.

and eat at the blue bayou and after stand in front of club 33 hoping for the door to open...my brother walked right in once and they didn't kick him out...

In MGM I always get a fastpass for RnR and then ride ToT, then FP RnR and ride both of them again. Then I always get a coke slushie before I leave and when it's 934988923798473597 degrees.

I always get potstickers in the little place in Asia. Dinosaur is a must.

There were a lot more traditions when I was younger. Like I would have to ride Dumbo first. As of now it's just kind of whatever. But I MUST MUST MUST go to the confectionery before leaving MK.


Oh and I always get that chocolate cake they have at the All Star Resorts.

-I must see Goofy.
-I must ride the HM.
-My mom always takes a pic of us kids in front of the waterfall at the Poly, whenever we go there.
-We always go to DTD the first and last day of our trip.

Wow this is a post that I could go on and on and on about but a few of my favorite little traditions are. . . .

--Turkey Leg from Tomorrowland
--at least 1 Chocolate covered Marshmellow
--We always cut through stores and take shortcuts
--Park at contemporary and take the monarail or walk to MK
--Eat ice cream at Ghiradellis (sp?)
--Sprint for fastpasses!
--Lately I always take a picture of the Castle when I first get on Main Street
and I could go on! haha

wow....i cant believe that "sprinting/running/hauling it towards the fastpasses
" was a tradition. CM's hated that. xD sorry. just had to rant. xDD

-when we go to mk,we ALWAYS start in tomorrowland and move that way through the park.

- we always must ride HM and eat at pecos.

- and we cant leave until space mountain is ridden. nope. xD

- at epcot, we always start in canada and work our way to mexico. i feel like im going backwards if i do it the other way. even if the countries are listed with mexico first, but are listed with canada first in the little passports.

- i must do kidcot. no matter how many masks i have. i love the christmas ones. xD

- i must watch illuminations in mexico. if i cant i get antsy. :3

- we always quote the monorail. eveytime we're on it. and exiting down the ramps requires quite a lot of skipping.

- i always take a picture of SSE from behind, where you can also capture the fountains dancing, too.

- after illuminations, we always walk extremley slowly so we all can sing "we go on". loudly.

- when the park closes we always have to go to the emporium for mk and mousegear for epcot.

- i always have to say hi to my peoples at epcot strollers. :[ i miss them.

- DTD is a must for the end of the trip/day/whateva.

- mickey milk at the all stars is my favoooorite. XD

- i always have to scope out atleast one tinker bell item. and the art of disney is a favorite haunt of mine.

- i always have to go in at the puffins roost in norway to smell my laila and convince my mom to get something else of it. i already have the perfume, candles and lotion. i want soooaaaaap. xD

- we always macarena to the pre-show illuminations music. srsly. try it. we are convinced you can macarena to anything.

- if at the food and wine festival, no one is allowed to leave until they try the soup at canada.

- i always have to go and visit the mitsukoshi mall in japan. and whine over the kimono.

- i must see tinker bell fly if we're staying for wishes.

- i like illuminations better than wishes. but can be swayed to see one over the other. this year when we go to MNSSHP a friend of mine is making us go and see fantasmic which starts at 7:30 over at studios. i told him we'll go, as long as he gets me back to epcot by 9:00.

- i always have to get a picture of the cinderella fountain. it makes me smile.

- carosel is a must. always.

- we all have to "magically put the lights out" for specto magic. xD dont ask.

AK: Kilmanjaro Safaris first

EPCOT: RIDE FIGMENT!!!!!!!!!!

MK: Splash Mountain multiple times

DHS: TOT at LEAST 3 times; MuppetVision 3D!

Fireworks, wherever.

DTD...Start at Marketplace in Pin Traders and World of Disney. Look at Legos. Then to the West Side. Poke around in little stores. Virgin Megastore.

OH! And Rainforest Cafe! We always go there! (except this time...was very very sad)

Hm. I've been so many times that we've acquired MANY traditions...

-Epcot is the first park we go to when we arrive. I don't care how early or late we get to FL. Epcot and Spaceship Earth are first.

-First meal (of course in Epcot) is the Electric Umbrella.

-Watching Illuminations from the steps in Canada. Perfect spot!

-Um. Hitting on the boys who work in the Norway Pavilion. No joke. Haha.

-I must ride Figment with my parents even if they hate it.

-Peter Pan's Flight is a must. And I get my own boat so I can appreciate it without my parents talking.

-We go see Wishes on our last night in FL, and I always cry. So my dad buys me a light up toy from the cart. (Take note that I am 18.)

I could go on for pages.

Once we get to Orlando (since we drive there about 99% of the time) we always stay at the Double Tree Castle hotel, eat at Cafe Tu Tu Tango, and then head over to Down Town Disney.

Then we get up early the next day and after checking into the hotel we always spend the day at MK until our room is ready. And then! For dinner we always eat at Chef Mickeys on our first day.

Everything else just kind of depends on what places we have reservations at (which are different each trip).

OMG so do we! It makes me cry to see the castle though .

Our only real traditions are:
eat at morroco
eat a mickey bar
ride peter pan's flight -line is always at least 20 min -
ride goofy's barnstormer -never gets old-
ride winnie the pooh

The rest is nogotiable (sp?)

-watch the "7 top things to do in WDW" on the hotel TV *LOVE IT!!!*
-Great movie ride omg it's amazing i love it
