little over three weeks out! - need help with tipping

Dinner @ Mangino's (they already added 18% gratuity)

Who did you tip? How much? I am trying to make a list and deligate tipping responsibilties for people to handle!

We didnt tip anyone...

I asked this same question just before my trip and was told that you werent suppost to tip people who owned their own business (or something of the like?). I didnt tip anyone, I know, im bad!

We tipped:

Rev. Jack - $40 (after the wedding I mailed him a card with a picture of the three of us and the tip)
Hair - $20 (MIL paid for our hair and also tipped her, but she was my personal hairdresser so I felt I owed her a little more)
Limo driver - $20 (DH tipped him and I'm pretty sure he did $20)
Mousekeeping for our room - a few dollars per day
We didn't tip my EM, Disney photography, violinist, or the cake cutter, because I figured it was part of their job and I knew they couldn't accept cash tips. I sent thank you notes to my EM and Rosie in Disney floral.
