List of the hardest ADRs to get, even at 180 days out?

So Tuesday is the first day I can start making ADRs, and I was wondering if anyone could let me know which restaurants are the hardest to get ADRs at, even 180 days out? The three that leap to mind immediately are CRT, V & A (neither of which we'll be doing), and Le Cellier (which we have scheduled for lunch one day, but won't be heartbroken if we can't get, as we've done dinner there twice before, and found it to be resoundingly average... though the new duck and chicken sausage entrees look pretty scrumptious). Any others that might surprise us?

I had no problem at 180 days for any reservation including CRT and LeCellier. I had 6 PM on Friday for a party of 7. We ended up cancelling as Friday of last week was the only day it didn't rain and we needed a pool afternoon followed by a late dinner.
