Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for posting this. I just recently found out I'm insulin resistant and I am on a very low carb, sugar-free diet. I have a big trip in October and THIS above all else is what I have been so worried about. I love carbs and sweets, but they will seriously send me into what I call a "sugar coma." I don't want to feel so crappy walking the parks all day. At the same time, I would to enjoy myself a little (in moderation). I am writing all the suggestions down for the trip. Thanks again!
