List of Restaurants NOT on the Deluxe Dining plan?

Am thinking of doing the DP for the first time ever, after 15 years of trips!

I'm wondering if anyone maintains a list of restaurants NOT on the dining plan.

And the lounges. They aren't restaurants, strictly speaking, but it is still worth noting that the food at the lounges like Tambu at the Poly, Territory Lounge at Wilderness Lodge, or the Brown Derby lounge area aren't DDP-eligible even though they're attached/connected to restaurants that accept the plan.
