I haven't seen a list of all restaurants sorted by price points, and it would be hard to do because of different menu items. Generally, of course, the tiers would be counter service, buffet, table service, and then more "upscale" (like Bistro, Jiko, etc) and table service charatcer meals and dinner shows.
Full service lunches are usually ample in portion, many of the menu items (though smaller at lunch) are prepared like the dinner items, and usually cheaper than dinner menus.
