List of attractions post heart attack?

We're having a family reunion next month at WDW.

In preparing to book FP's, I made up a list of FPs... "for everyone", "for most" and "for just a few."

Here's my version of a "for everyone" list. While I'm no cardiologist, I imagine your dad would be OK with everything on this list. Have him run the descriptions by his doctor:

FP+ FOR EVERYONE
Peter Pan
Buzz Lightyear
Haunted Mansion
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of Caribbean
Philharmagic
Monster’s Laugh Floor

Soarin’
Maelstrom
Journey into Imagination
Spaceship Earth
Turtle Talk

Toy Story Mania
Great Movie Ride
Indy Jones
Lights Motor Action Stunts
Muppet 3D
Voyage of Little Mermaid

Kali
Safari
Lion King
Finding Nemo
Tough to be a Bug

Thanks everyone, didn't realize this was such a passionate subject! So glad most have recovered nicely and can still enjoy Disney at its fullest. I suppose I was thinking of rides that often warn pregnant women or people with back issues against riding, many also mention people with heart conditions. I was assuming it would've been more of a black or white situation and didn't know if there would be any strange no-rides. I'm sure he will be avoiding the crazier coasters, I can hardly handle RNRC and I'm only 28! Thank you!!!

Realize that the Disney caution signs are very conservative for that type of attraction. They have to CYA. As I stated, I have a broken neck but I ride things with the sign of "those with back and neck problems should avoid". What I like about Disney is the choice is yours. If someone let's me know of a sign anywhere on Disney property that says someone cannot do this, I'd be surprised. Disney requests and cautions. I don't think they deny.

Ask the doc...but if it were me- I'd avoid the 'mountains', and Mission space, ToT, RNRC....

I'd ride the seven dwarfs mine train though.

My dad had an infection that led to cardiogenic shock and almost killed him last year. He has since lost a ton Of weight, changed his eating habits, no smoking and more exercise. He's in better shape than he has been in years. Of course your dad should talk to his own doc, but my dad's been told to "listen to his body" taking breaks, watching out for heat, watching for swelling of his legs, plenty of exercise walking to prepare for our trip and otherwise ride anything he feels up to. I think he'll still avoid SM - tricky getting in and out, and the wilder mission space, but otherwise isn't eliminating anything else ahead of time.
