I got up early this morning to make my ressie's and it was so worth it I just wish I had gotten up a little earlier since it seems the system was allowing people to open up the days as early as 3:45 this morning

I got everything I wanted. CM and Sci Fi are both later than I wanted but everything else is the exact times I wanted

Should I be getting an online confirmation for my phone-in ressie? If so, how long does it usually take?

I've never gotten an email confirmation or any sort of confirmation for phone-in ADRs.

I can call in/get online to make our ADRs tomorrow and really hope that I can get everything I want. We are taking newbies (DH's good friend, his wife and their 10 yr. old DS) and I really want to share our favorites, and the restaurants that interested them, with them.

What time can you start making the online ADRs?

I lucked out a little, was able to use my 12/5 reservation to book all my dates even though it's a one night stay (the rest of the split starts on 12/6). Of course, I didn't get on line until 6:30 CDT and then I called and was on hold for 1/2 hour. Great CM though.
For 12 people, I had to get creative. I booked us as split up on line and as a large group on the phone. Here's what we ended up with:

12/5 (nothing)
12/6 Sunday
Kona lunch 12:05 (for four of us)
Crystal Palace dinner 4:40 (12)

12/7 Monday
Teppan Edo 5:20 (2 groups of 6) exact same time!!

12/8 Tuesday
Tutto Italia 2:20 (for all of us - have to change it to 8)
Le Cellier 2:15 (for four of us - the ones who haven't been before)

12/9 Wednesday
CS only

12/10 Thursday
Ohana breakfast 9:10 (all of us)

We were trying for Tony's on Sunday, but CP is fine too. We also all wanted to get in at LeCellier, but no spots for us during the three potential days. I'll keep trying to get the rest of us in, but I'm okay with Tutto, I wanted to try it anyway.

Online system only let me book at the 90 day mark...nothing ahead, so I had to call it in this morning. Still got what we wanted...thank goodness.

12/5 Dinner at Cape May (7:15pm)
12/6 Breakfast at Cape May (9:50am)...we tried for Chef Mickey's but it was booked. I booked Ohana's, but DD kept telling me she wanted to eat with Goofy, so I had to find a breakfast with Goofy. Now she is happy.
12/8 Princess Storybook Breakfast at Epcot (9:15am)

One change. We now have Teppan Edo at 2:20 on 12/04/09 instead of 4:40 for the CP package. Our CP show is at 5. I'm so excited to see Steven Curtis Chapman. I've been a big fan of his for years! I was so worried that we would not get to see him and get a restaurant that we wanted.

I'm wondering if I should book a Keys to the Kingdom tour now or wait until we get closer?

Nice! Looks like we may run into each other! We have the same places booked on the same days! Our times may not be the same, but we have:

5th -nothing (our first night we'll grab a CS at MK)

Sci-Fi on the 6th @4:40

1900 on the 7th @6:45 (dinner)

Crystal Palace on the 8th (this is the night we will be at MVMCP)

Ohana on the 9th@ 8:30 (dinner)

Cape May on the 10th@10:05 (breakfast)

Le Cellier on the 11th@ 7:40

I'm soooo happy. It is soooo simple. I tell you, I was nervous, afraid something would go wrong, not be able to book my restaurants.... All went well.. I was up at 2 am (3 am eastern time) and logged on just to practice with my dining reservations and to my surprise WAMMM!!, my 90+10 day window opened! I was going to set up multiple tabs to work on the restaurant booking, but simply worked with a single tab. I was nervous, my room was cold due to the AC being on, but I was sweating,sweating bad. Le Cellier.... got it! Next option.. got it! Got everything I wanted!

Thank you Disney, Disboards & TA! It was a piece of cake!

Just booked Fantasmic Package! It's amazing how this gets booked so quickly. Called exactly at 7am and all was booked for Dec. 8th and 10th. All I was able to get was December 12th at Brown Derby.
Well at least I got it!
